Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Aid in quality control inspections and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support underground tunneling operations and daily field activities.
• Track production quantities and maintain project records.
• Cook up with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and project management staff.
• Coordinate with project management staff and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support material tracking, equipment utilization, and field logistics.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of construction experience.
• Strong interest in heavy civil construction, underground utilities, or tunneling operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with project teams.
