We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. The description includes a lot of text. We need to parse. First, there is an introductory paragraph about commitment etc. That could be "About the role" maybe? The summary: "Field Engineer I will perform accurate construction activity tracking, while maintaining safety and quality requirements at a project. This person will support multiple aspects of both engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) and balance of plant (BOP) projects in the utility and renewable energy sector. There are currently project locations across the country and candidates should be ready to travel to any of our project sites for their role." That could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: many bullet-like statements under Safety, Quality, Environmental, Planning, Operations, Client Relationship and Contract Management. Those are responsibilities. Requirements: there is a "Requirements" heading in the text with subpoints Safety, Quality, Environmental, Planning, Operations, Client Relationship and Contract Management. Actually those are responsibilities but they are under a "Requirements" heading in the source. However the instruction: Use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have a "Requirements" section in the source that includes many bullet points grouped under Safety, Quality, Environmental, Planning, Operations, Client Relationship and Contract Management. Those could be considered responsibilities? But they are labeled as Requirements. However we also have a separate "Qualifications" section later with education, experience, etc. And also a "Skills" maybe implied from functional competencies. We need to decide: The source has headings: Description, Summary, Requirements (with subheadings Safety, Quality, Environmental, Planning, Operations, Client Relationship and Contract Management), Qualifications, Anticipated base salary range..., RES offers benefits..., Physical Requirements And Environment..., etc. We should create sections: About the role (maybe from the introductory paragraph and summary). Responsibilities (maybe from the Requirements subheadings? Actually those are duties). Requirements (maybe from the Qualifications? But Qualifications is separate). However the instruction says we should use those headings only if posting has real specific content. So we need to decide what goes where. Better approach: Follow typical job posting structure: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe functional competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's extract: About the role: The introductory paragraph about commitment and belonging? Could be "About the role" but maybe better to use the summary paragraph: "Field Engineer I will perform accurate construction activity tracking, while maintaining safety and quality requirements at a project. This person will support multiple aspects of both engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) and balance of plant (BOP) projects in the utility and renewable energy sector. There are currently project locations across the country and candidates should be ready to travel to any of our project sites for their role." We could also include the first paragraph about commitment as part of About the role. Responsibilities: The bullet points under Safety, Quality, Environmental, Planning, Operations, Client Relationship and Contract Management (the ones after Requirements heading). Those are duties. Requirements: The "Qualifications" section includes education, experience, etc. That could be Requirements (minimum). But there is also a separate "Qualifications" heading in the source that includes education, experience, etc. Actually the source has a heading "Qualifications". Then after that there is "Anticipated base salary range..." etc. So we should treat the "Qualifications" heading as Qualifications (maybe preferred). But we need both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The source only has one Qualifications heading. However we can split: Requirements = mandatory items (High School Diploma/GED Required; Bachelor’s degree ... or 2 years equivalent; 1+ year experience in BESS...; Ability to travel 76-100%; Valid Driver’s License; Construction site safety and OSHA requirements; Reading prints...; Interpretation...; Use of computer software...; Interpretation of project schedules; Vendor and materials management; Functional competencies...). Qualifications could be preferred items? But the source doesn't separate preferred vs required clearly; it says "Bachelor’s degree ... or 2 years equivalent and relevant work experience, required." So that's required. "1 + year of experience in BESS, Substation, Transmission, and/or renewable energy EPC contract experience, preferred." That's preferred. So we can put required in Requirements, preferred in Qualifications. Skills: Functional competencies list: accountability, communication, responsibility/stewardship, teamwork, prioritization, and self-knowledge & self-learning. Also maybe "Ability to be adaptable and capable of covering multiple scopes as required." That's a skill. Benefits: The paragraph about RES offers benefits that are effective first day of employment. List: Medical, Dental and Vision Health Savings Account with employer contribution Flexible Spending Accounts 4x pay Basic Life and Voluntary Life Short and Long Term Disability Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness 401(k) plan with 6% company match 4 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) and 10 Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement and Green Car Reimbursement Volunteer and Charity Matching Paid Parental Leave and Paid Sabbatical Leave Employee Referral Bonus Employee Discounts and Wellness programs Wellness Reimbursement Pay: Anticipated base salary range: $66,000 - $78,000 Premium Daily Per Diem paid for food, lodging, rotational Travel The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible. Schedule: Ability to travel 76-100% of the time domestically required. That's schedule/travel. Also maybe mention rotational travel? Not exactly schedule. Could include travel requirement. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, background check, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. We'll create sections as needed. Let's craft:
