Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relationships within the owner, engineering, and subcontractor firms
- Help maintain communication flow between owner, engineer, and subcontractors
- Attend and participate in coordination meetings, update schedule and address project issues as required
- Involvement in implementing quality control program
- Perform construction layout to facilitate and support construction activities
- Understand and ensure that Reed & Reeds company policies are adhered to at all times
- Assist documenting best practices to share with other projects as required
- Assist with and/or perform document controls such as RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and closeout documentation as required
- Foster team camaraderie
- Support and communicate the Company’s vision, values and goals
- Aid in resolving issues and problems
- Provide layout assistance and check quality and accuracy of subcontractor work
- Understand and follow the project-specific safety plan
- Assist in ensuring jobs have safe working conditions and that safe work practices are in place
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
