What You’ll Do As a Field Engineer, you’ll work closely with Project Managers to help plan, organize, and execute construction projects. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, giving you well-rounded experience and plenty of room to advance. Key Responsibilities Ensure safety is always the top priorityInterpret construction drawings and project documentsCreate field sketches and construction detailsInspect job sites for quality and progressProvide technical support to field crewsCoordinate material deliveries and subcontractorsTrack materials, report progress, and help manage project budgetsHandle RFIs, submittals, and project documentationAttend project meetings and provide updatesPerform quality control and assurance checks
