About the role

Standard Job Description You will be the Field Engineer for the PAC‑3 Field Service Team. Our team is responsible for delivering technical analysis, troubleshooting, training, and on‑site support for PAC‑3/PATRIOT systems worldwide. What You Will Be Doing As the Field Engineer you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and internal stakeholders for the PAC‑3 system, both in‑theater and from the CONUS hub.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on PAC‑3/PATRIOT platforms.
• Manage region‑specific tools, test equipment, inventory, and schedules to sustain field operations.
• Deliver technical training and product briefings to customers, vendors, and Lockheed Martin personnel.
• Maintain accurate databases and documentation, ensuring compliance with DoD and contractual requirements.
• Serve as the primary on‑site liaison, communicating status, risks, and recommendations to customers and senior leadership.
