Field Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design and execution of complex construction projects. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project teams, including coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or project leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
