Field Engineer

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Assist in the coordination and management of industrial construction projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
• Absorb compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Aid in preparing project status reports and documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Education/Certification

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other technically related field, preferred.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Two to five years of field construction experience, preferred.
• Microsoft Project experience, required.
• AutoCAD experience, preferred.

Skills/Abilities

• Ability to read Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID’s).
• Ability to read civil, structural, architectural, and mechanical prints.
• Possess excellent computer skills utilizing MS Office products.

Physical Activities and Requirements

• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Up to 75% travel required or as needed.
