Responsibilities
- Aid in compiling project close-out/operation and maintenance manuals for delivery to the owner.
- Support Project Managers in coordinating document control and updating Procore, including processing Requests for Information, Submittals, Drawing Logs, and other management tools.
- Contribute to process improvement by sharing best practices and training staff.
- Create and maintain the Contract Document Log and update it with current information.
- Initiate, organize, and attend project meetings with appropriate members of the project team, ensuring that meeting agendas and minutes are produced and distributed.
- Maintain the bidders list and ensure proper bid documents are sent to bidders and plan rooms for various bid packages as they become available.

- Support the management of the day-to-day project, including responding to pay requests, change orders, RFI's, submittals, contracts, and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate
- Basic MEP knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid Driver's License Required
- LEED AP and OSHA 10 Hour a plus
Physical Demands and Working Environment
- Work is performed mainly in an indoor and outdoor setting with exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions, and travel from site to site.
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
