Who You Are
- Trained electrician, installation tech, or similar hands-on background
- Sharp eye for alignment, secure mounting, and clean cabling
- Tech-curious — comfortable troubleshooting a LAN and understanding basic networking (DHCP vs. static IP)
- Confident with SOPs, work orders, and technical docs
- Customer-facing — you like being on-site and solving problems in person
- Take pride in leaving a site better than you found it
- Valid driver's license and current passport
- Nice to have: IPAF PAL card (3a/3b) — or willing to get one within 30 days
- Experience in GxP, pharma, food production, or lab environments
- Familiarity with GMP/GDP protocols or cleanroom etiquette

- Physical requirements: Walking, standing, bending, crouching, climbing, and working with hand tools
- Comfortable at heights (with proper equipment) and across temperature-controlled environments
- Must pass client security and background checks
