We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, contact instructions, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: Title: Field Engineer (not heading) Reports to: Superintendent (metadata) Summary of Position: Blach offers a unique approach... (prose) Typical Duties: list bullet points (complete 4-year carpenters union apprentice program, work with carpenters, attend classes, work on developing carpentry skills, maintain safe work environment, build relationships, work with PE/PM to learn operations, shadow foreman/asst supt/supt, learn each phase, learn plan reading) Skills/Qualifications: list bullet points (Bachelor’s degree, versatile, attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to train, solid computer skills especially MS Office, scheduling software, exposure to project management software, proactive, problem solver) Location: Northern California (Bay Area) (metadata) Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, non-exempt (metadata) Compensation: paragraph about compensation and benefits (includes base salary, vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical/dental/vision, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, cash bonuses, professional development, education assistance, credit union, wellness stipend, professional affiliations, many other benefits) About Blach Construction: paragraph about company (awards, etc.) Contact: instructions to email resume (should be removed as application instructions) Blach Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer (remove) We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (typical duties), Requirements (maybe location? but location is metadata; maybe not needed), Qualifications (maybe Bachelor's degree?), Skills (skills list), Benefits (compensation paragraph), Pay (maybe base salary? but not specific amount), Schedule (position status: full-time regular business hours). We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. For Pay: they mention "highly competitive base salary" but no number; that's vague but still specific? The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state compensation includes base salary, vacation, etc. So Pay section could be included if we have specific content about pay. They say "highly competitive base salary" but no number; that's somewhat vague but still a statement. Might be considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's still a statement about pay. The rule says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Highly competitive base salary" is similar vague. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit Pay section unless we have explicit numbers. We'll omit Pay. Schedule: they state "Full-time, regular business hours, non-exempt". That's specific enough for schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that sentence. Benefits: they list many benefits; we can include Benefits section. About the role: we have Summary of Position paragraph. That's suitable. Responsibilities: Typical Duties list. Requirements: maybe location? Could be considered requirement but not explicit requirement. Could combine location into a short paragraph under About the role? But we need to follow rule: include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Location is metadata but could be placed in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? However we already have About the role for summary. Could add a separate section "Location" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are only those enumerated. So we cannot create a custom heading. We could fold location into About the role paragraph or Responsibilities? Probably better to add a short paragraph under About the role that includes location. But the rule says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. Thus: - About the role: summary + location? Could include location as part of about the role. - Responsibilities: typical duties list. - Requirements: maybe "Bachelor’s degree" is a requirement; also "Must be versatile with different types of construction tasks" etc. Actually those are under Skills/Qualifications. But we can separate: Requirements could be education and maybe location? But we already used location in About the role. Let's put Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (maybe also "Must be versatile..."? but that's skill). We'll keep Requirements minimal: Bachelor’s degree. - Qualifications: maybe "Attention to detail and accuracy", "Excellent communication", etc. But those are also skills. The distinction is fuzzy. We'll follow the posting: they have a "Skills/Qualifications" heading with bullet list. We could split into Qualifications (education) and Skills (rest). But we already used Requirements for education. Could put Qualifications: the bullet list except education. Or we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But we have both headings allowed; we can use both if we have content. Let's decide: - About the role: summary + location (Northern California Bay Area) + Position Status? Actually position status is schedule; we will put schedule separate. - Responsibilities: typical duties list. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. - Qualifications: maybe "Must be versatile with different types of construction tasks", "Attention to detail and accuracy", "Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills", "Ability to train and educate others", "Solid computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software (MS Project, P6, or Suretrak), and exposure to project management software (CMiC or similar program)", "Proactive, takes initiative on all projects, possesses a willingness to learn and develop in their professional career", "Problem solver, solutions-oriented". That seems like qualifications. - Skills: maybe we could list specific technical skills: Microsoft Office, scheduling software, project management software. But those already in qualifications. Could instead put Skills: "Solid computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software (MS Project, P6, or Suretrak), and exposure to project management software (CMiC or similar program)". But that duplicates. Better to not have both Qualifications and Skills if content overlaps. Perhaps we can treat Qualifications as education and core attributes, Skills as technical/computer skills. Let's do: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Must be versatile with different types of construction tasks, Attention to detail and accuracy, Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, Ability to train and educate others, Proactive, takes initiative on all projects, possesses a willingness to learn and develop in their professional career, Problem solver, solutions-oriented. Skills: Solid computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software (MS Project, P6, or Suretrak), and exposure to project management software (CMiC or similar program). That seems reasonable. - Benefits: compensation paragraph (including base salary, vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical/dental/vision, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, cash bonuses, professional development, education assistance, credit union, wellness stipend, professional affiliations, many other benefits). We'll include that. - Schedule: Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, non-exempt. We must not include About Blach Construction paragraph (company description) as it's not in allowed headings; but we could fold it into About the role? The rule says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could include it as a paragraph under About the role (since it's about the company, not the role). But About the role heading is for role description; adding company info might be okay as it's still substantive. However the instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't forbid adding other content under those headings. So we can put the About Blach Construction paragraph under About the role as additional prose. Similarly, contact instructions and EEO must be removed. Thus final HTML:
