Field Engineer / Assist Super

About the role

Your New Role: Starting on a 2-3 Year Johnstown location Project (North Denver). Following this, you could then be working on projects across the Rockies as both the GC & and a Subcontractor. Ideally aimed at a Project/Field Engineer who wants to end up in the Field (long term Superintendent path).

Responsibilities

• Spin multiple plates on-site
• Wide-ranging role requiring end-to-end exposure of Cradle to Grave Projects
• Gain valuable experience in Commercial Construction
• Work on various projects including Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations, Special Projects & Ground Up Multi-Family

Requirements

• Prior experience in Commercial Construction – open to GC or Subcontractor background
• An Engineering/Construction related Degree, followed by 2-5 Years in construction (this will determine salary etc)
• Basic level understanding of Commercial Construction & Estimating (RFIs, Takeoffs, Pricing etc)
