Field Electricians

Description

Install Electrical and Electronic Control Systems and equipment, PLC's, MCC's, Lighting, Power supplies, Fire and Gas, and communications systems with minimal supervision. Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills of Electrical/Electronic issues relative to Control Systems and equipment. Install and maintain Lighting and Power distribution systems. Route, fabricate and install cable tray. Route, bend and install conduit runs. Gland and terminate cables. Hook up generators, transformers, MCC's (Motor Control Center) Nav-Aids etc. Demolition of cable and conduit runs. Proficient in the use of tools of the trade. Read drawings and P&ID's. Knowledge of industry standards, National Electrical Code and relevant Government regulations. Recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers. All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
