Pay
Salary Range: $63.752 - Commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
Profit-Sharing Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

- Possesses a solid technical foundation with a demonstrated commitment to professional development and a desire to advance into complex electric distribution design and engineering responsibilities.
- Demonstrates advanced organizational and analytical abilities combined with clear, effective communication skills to support collaboration, informed decision-making, and successful project execution.
- Monitors project progress by updating schedules, validating documentation, and preparing standard reports for internal review, ensuring alignment with company and DOT guidelines.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both field data collection and design documentation, ensuring all measurements, site conditions, and technical records are complete, precise, and compliant.
