Field Director Services

For our client, we are seeking a Field Director Services to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Engage in cross-functional collaboration with RVPs and regional support teams Achieve profitability by driving sales teams to meet or exceed targets Handle escalated customer issues effectively with field leadership Lead and mentor team members to improve operational performance Analyze sales and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Drive talent optimization and retention across a large geographic area Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in Home Services or related fields Strong skills in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis Proven people management experience across geographically dispersed teams Exceptional written and verbal communication ability Financial acumen with experience interpreting financial documents and metrics Benefits Overnight travel requirements of more than 50% Exposure to a comfortable work environment with occasional physical challenges Diverse talent environments promoting equal opportunity Engagement in a critical leadership role within a large organization Opportunity to influence customer experience and operational strategies Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
