Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain current clinical and competitive knowledge of the small joint arthroplasty market.
  • Participating in surgical procedures to assist healthcare professionals with the proper use of Small Joint Arthroplasty products.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring surgeon insights and feedback are shared with marketing, product development teams in alignment with the legal manufacturer.
  • Participate and assist in executing comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributors to ensure a deep understanding of the products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders to establish product credibility and advocacy.
  • Close collaboration with sales leadership, regional management to build a strategic business plan to include activities to support the revenue growth objective and training requirements of each respective territory.
  • Aid the National Accounts team in gaining access to new facilities.
  • Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for the Small Joint Arthroplasty line.
  • Develop and execute plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
  • Stay updated on the latest clinical advancements and incorporate relevant findings into product positioning.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of proven experience in Total Joint Arthroplasty medical education, Training support and related field within the orthopedic or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic products, procedures, and market dynamics, preferably in general orthopedic, extremities and/or arthroplasty.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with surgeons, operative staff, and hospital administrators.
  • Attention to detail, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding corporate goals.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% is required, ability to travel and work on weekends to support corporate events and activities.
  • Adheres to all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, meeting work responsibilities and meeting internal obligations.
  • Proficient computer skills.
