Field Consultant – Roofing & Home Exteriors

About the role

Ready to get out from behind a desk? At Bondoc Roofing, your office is the city. You'll meet homeowners face-to-face, learn valuable sales skills, and earn strong commissions while working with a team that actually enjoys what they do.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners face-to-face and guide them through their roof inspection
• Fly drones over homes across San Antonio to document roof conditions
• Climb roofs and take in some of the best views in the city
• Take photos, document notes, and complete inspections using iPads and digital tools
• Bring coffee and donuts to prospective clients (yes, it works!)
• Represent Bondoc Roofing while door-knocking and connecting with local neighborhoods
• Attend Home & Garden shows and company events

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Physically able to walk roofs and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

No roofing or construction experience required. If you're motivated, personable, and willing to learn, we'll train you. This is a commission-driven role built on field sales and proactive engagement.

Skills

Enthusiasm, ability to build relationships, and willingness to learn are key. No prior sales experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable interacting with homeowners and potentially door-knocking.

Benefits

• $60,000 – $100,000+ annual earning potential
• Uncapped commissions
• 1099 position at the beginning
