The Field Construction Trainer is responsible for the implementation and delivery of engaging, practical, and field-focused learning experiences that support Stanley Martin Homes' construction team members. This role helps ensure Neighborhood Construction Managers, Assistant Neighborhood Construction Managers, Area Service Managers, and other field team members are prepared to execute Stanley Martin's construction processes, quality standards, safety expectations, systems, and customer experience requirements consistently across all regions and divisions.
