Responsibilities

• Excavation and underground construction
• Civil, electrical, and fiber work
• Concrete work
• Wireless communication tower erection
• Line and Antenna installations and upgrades
• Microwave backhaul installations and upgrades

This role demands physical prowess, including reaching, climbing, kneeling, and balancing. Manual dexterity is essential for handling intricate tools and equipment, along with maintaining keen vision for both close and distant tasks.

Requirements

• Completed High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Good driving record
• Ability to work in various climates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Ability to work weeklong outings
• Physically and mentally able to climb various types of towers
• Ability to coordinate with industry professionals (tower owners, customers, engineers, etc.)

Pay

$19 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
