About the role
Responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to building codes and safety standards.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate directly with contractors to address issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with safety protocols and hazard identification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
