About the role
Responsible for inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate with contractors and clients regarding inspection results and next steps.
- Ensure all work complies with environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction inspection.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Skills
- Proficient in using construction inspection software.
- Experience with site safety assessments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
