Field Communications Specialist-HYBRID

Job Summary

The Field Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting store teams to critical information, ensuring they have the clarity and support needed to excel. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate store-level communications across 650+ locations in the U.S. and Canada
• Maintain and optimize the store communication calendar to ensure clarity, timing, and alignment
• Create clear, purposeful messaging tailored to diverse audiences of up to 12,000 associates
• Write and edit communications with clear intent, ensuring operational directives are actionable
• Enable two-way communication by managing the store issue-resolution inbox and gathering input from store teams
• Support engagement and events by contributing to internal associate engagement initiatives and assisting with logistics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop communications supporting company initiatives and aligning with key operational priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an internal communications role
• Retail store experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent work experience
