RNR Tire Express is hiring a full-time Field Collector with strong customer service skills.

Pay

Average field collection pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.68 per hour, plus bonuses.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM–3:30 PM
• One weekday off each week
• Sundays off

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships through phone and computer interactions
• Review applications to identify and create opportunities for renewing customer agreements
• Provide excellent customer service via calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts
• Resolve issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment
• Schedule voluntary turn-ins of merchandise
• Conduct field visits to pick up product and distribute door hangers
• Handle challenging situations with patience and tact to enhance customer relationships
• Multitask effectively to meet weekly goals in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Experience as a sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collector, or in rent-to-own
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
