Pay

An average field collector makes $18.00 to $20.68 per hour with bonuses.

Schedule

Work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am‑3:30 pm, with one weekday off each week and Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and manage office duties.
• Spend most of the day on the phone or computer reviewing applications.
• Identify and create opportunities to renew customer agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service by calling customers about expired agreements and references on expired accounts.
• Assist in resolving issues to facilitate renewal and prompt payment.
• Schedule voluntary turn‑ins of merchandise.
• Go into the field to pick up product and distribute door hangers.
• Use patience and tact to enhance customer relationships.
• Handle challenging opportunities quickly while delivering top‑notch customer service.
• Multitask effectively, manage call pace, and stay focused on customer needs to meet weekly goals.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑driven environment and take pride in contributing to the company’s success.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales agent, rental agent, account executive, account manager, account collection, or rent‑to‑own.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Professional communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
• Strong computer and phone skills.
