About the role
The Field Claims Manager position is available in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for coordinating claim activity in the territory, driving operational excellence, team performance, and quality claim outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs within the territory and align resources to meet business demand
- Train and mentor Field Claims associates to drive individual growth and team success
- Distribute work and agency assignments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient claims handling
- Monitor quality and compliance of claim file activity within the unit
- Provide strong leadership, performance management, and accountability through coaching and feedback
- Drive consistency, operational effectiveness, and customer-focused claim outcomes across the territory
Requirements
- Interpret and apply insurance concepts and policy language with advanced technical expertise
- Adequately adhere to all company procedures, compliance standards, and service philosophies
- Made informed decisions based upon available facts, sound judgment, and critical thinking in complex situations
- Use effective written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Use computer technology, claims systems, and data to drive efficiency, reporting, and results
- Demonstrate strong leadership, technical, teamwork, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree
- Five or more years of field claims experience
- Five or more years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a claims or field environment (preferred)
- Significant experience as a multi-line claims professional with exposure to complex claims and field operations
Skills
- Ability to interpret and apply insurance concepts and policy language with advanced technical expertise
- Strong leadership, technical, teamwork, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Starting pay for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Schedule
This role requires a full-time schedule in Dallas, Texas.
