We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting and extract relevant content. Let's identify sections: - About the role: The first paragraph: "Become a part of our caring community Humana Gold Plus Integrated is seeking a Field Care Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to assess and evaluate member's needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members and families toward resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Field Care Manager Nurse employs a variety of strategies, approaches, and techniques to manage a member's physical, environmental, and psycho-social health issues." That's about the role. Could be a prose paragraph. - Responsibilities: bullet list after "The Field Care Manager Registered Nurse key roles and responsibilities may include the following:" then list items: Identifies and resolves barriers that hinder effective care. Ensures patient is progressing towards desired outcomes by continuously monitoring patient care through assessments and/or evaluations. Creates plans of care. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Visits Medicaid members in their homes, Supportive Living Facilities, and/or Long-Term Care Facilities and other care settings – 75-90% local travel (see Additional Information section). Upon hire, this role will be assigned to support either MLTSS or LTSS based on business needs. We need to put these as
  • . - Requirements: The "Required Qualifications" section includes bullet points: Must reside in the state of Illinois. Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois without disciplinary action. 2+ years of experience of in-home case/care management. Experience working with the adult population. Knowledge of community health and social service agencies and additional community resources. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role and scope. Ability to use a variety of electronic information applications/software programs including electronic medical records. Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Excellent keyboard and web navigation skills. These are requirements. - Qualifications: "Preferred Qualifications" list: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). 3+ years of in-home assessment and care coordination experience. Experience with Medicare/Medicaid members. Experience with health promotion, coaching, and wellness. Previous managed care experience. Bilingual — English, Spanish. Certification in Case Management. Motivational Interviewing Certification and/or knowledge in area. These could be under Qualifications (or maybe separate but we can combine). The instruction says use headings: Qualifications. So we can put preferred qualifications there. - Skills: Might be covered in required/preferred but we could extract skills like communication, interpersonal, computer skills, etc. However we already have those in requirements. Could create a Skills section summarizing skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to use electronic medical records, intermediate to advanced computer skills, Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel, keyboard/web navigation, etc. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can list them as they appear. However we already have them in Requirements; maybe we can skip Skills section if it would be duplicate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list; we can include Skills if we have content not already covered. However the required qualifications already list many skills; we could still include a Skills section but risk duplication. Better to omit Skills if not needed. - Benefits: The posting includes "Benefits: Benefits are effective on day 1. Full time Associates enjoy competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision and a variety of supplemental insurances, tuition assistance and much more." Also later "Description Of Benefits" paragraph. So we have benefits content. - Pay: There's a Pay Range section: "$71,100 - $97,800 per year" plus mention of bonus incentive plan. So we have pay. - Schedule: There's "Work Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm CST" and "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40". So schedule content. Also there is Additional Information about workstyle/travel, etc. That could be part of Schedule or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for Travel; we could incorporate travel into Schedule or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those, we should fit travel info into Schedule or maybe Benefits? Probably Schedule includes work schedule and travel. We'll include travel details under Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now construct HTML: We'll have:

We must ensure we didn't include any disallowed content like EEO, etc. We removed that. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "Additional Information" section includes "Work at Home Requirements: ..." and "Travel: While this is a remote position...". We incorporated travel into Schedule. The work at home requirements (internet speed, dedicated space) maybe should be included? It's substantive; we could add to Schedule or maybe a separate section but not allowed headings. Could add to Schedule as part of workstyle. Let's incorporate that.
