FIELD BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST (Retail Store Operations)
About the role
The Field Operations Intelligence & Automation Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering operational reporting, insights, and automation solutions that improve visibility, prioritization, and execution across store operations. This role partners with field leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable insights and scalable reporting outputs.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI-driven analysis to identify chainwide operational efficiency opportunities and emerging performance trends
- Translate complex operational signals into actionable recommendations that improve consistency, productivity, and decision-making across the business
- Partner across systems and data sources to uncover opportunities for end-to-end efficiency improvements using advanced analytics and AI tools
- Cook up back-end systems, workflows, and automation capabilities to deliver scalable efficiency gains across store operations
- Develop exception-based reporting logic that focuses leaders on the most important actions
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline report generation and distribution
- Identify and actualize opportunities for automation to improve field process to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with business priorities and field needs
- Continuously improve reporting structure, clarity, and usability for field-facing outputs
Requirements
- Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations reporting
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting platforms
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) preferred
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for operational audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
