About the role
The Field Brand Ambassador role is a frontline brand position designed to support Wilding Brands through off-site, in-market activations. This role plays a critical part in bringing our brands to life at events, tastings, sponsorship activations, festivals, retail promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Represent Wilding at consumer events, festivals, tastings, retail activations, and community gatherings including festivals, tastings, demos, sponsorships, and experiential events
- Engage consumers and retail or on-premise partners with brand storytelling, product education, and sampling (where permitted)
- Create positive, memorable brand experiences that drive trial, loyalty, and sales
- Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic brand representative in all public-facing interactions
- Participate in pre-event briefings or training as required
- Provide post-event feedback or recaps to share field intelligence, including consumer feedback, account insights, and competitive observations
- Ensure proper use and care of brand assets, merchandise, and event materials
- Maintain compliance with local laws, brand guidelines, and event-specific requirements
Requirements
- Comfortable engaging with new people and working in high-energy, outdoor environments
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while adhering to company brand guidelines
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays
- Must be 21+ (for alcohol brands) and able to meet any required compliance standards
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Able to lift 50 lb minimum, carry, and stand for extended periods during events
