The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include improving user experience, analyzing data trends, and maintaining security measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and inform future product development.
• Maintain and enhance security measures to protect user data and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with web development and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
