Job Summary

This position reports to an Engineer within the client Field Assurance Department. This department is responsible for fielding and processing of customer complaints about products. The complaints may come from patients, health care providers including physicians, nurses, or other health care staff. This department investigates the root cause of failure, and processes reports to regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the complaint management team through assisting in the disposition of medical device samples.
  • Maintains basic computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office skills and experience.
  • Works in unsupervised circumstances for long periods of time.
  • Lifts and carries boxes weighing ~25 lbs, and may require long periods of standing, bending, and sitting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in unsupervised circumstances.
  • Able to work in a professional setting and perform work autonomously following training and instruction.
  • Competent in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, navigating web-based systems, and accurate data entry.
  • Prioritization of candidates with experience in a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated background for use of Microsoft Excel to: manage datasets, navigate and enter data into Microsoft Excel, and usage of Excel functions.
