Direct Responsibilities
- Understand the scope of works to be conducted.
- Be able to plan, prepare and manage all your scheduled site-work.
- Collect all samples and record measurements as per the scope of works.
- Adhere to OH&S legislation at all times:
- Be familiar with your responsibilities;
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times;
- Report any OH&S issues to your manager immediately upon occurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree welcomed) in a STEM field of study related to one or more of the following specialties: Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Building Operations and Facilities Management.
- LEED and WELL Accredited Professional designation desired.
Benefits
- Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience, starting at $30/hour.

- $30/hour
Schedule
- Two short-term contract arrangements are needed for the week of January 10th. Longer-term employment is possible.
