Field Associate
About the role
We are looking for individuals who want to innovate, achieve, grow, and lead. This role provides a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings and working knowledge of Halliburton's mainstay processes. Participants will learn basic job procedures, including operational factors, personnel functions, and customer response at the point of delivery.
May perform an active role in rigging up and down of wellsite equipment. The role also involves learning responsibility for the development and leadership of the assigned PSL within the assigned work area.
Responsibilities
- Provide a broad operational view of company Product Service Line (PSL) offerings.
- Demonstrate basic job procedures such as operational factors, personnel functions, and customer response at the point of delivery.
- May perform an active role in rigging up and down of wellsite equipment.
- Learn responsibility for development and leadership of the assigned PSL within the assigned work area.
Qualifications
Skills are typically acquired through one of the following:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
- Experience as a Halliburton employee for a minimum of 1 year.
