Field Apprentice
About the role
Ryan Lawn & Tree is one of the most respected names in lawn and tree care — a $100M+ company serving Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. We're on a mission to raise the bar for our industry, and that starts with hiring great people and treating them right. Ryan Lawn & Tree is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Apprentices. This is a "learn-while-you-earn" opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience in the green industry from the best in the business.
At Ryan Lawn & Tree, we don't just hope you succeed—we train you for it. All apprentices go through two of our Foundations Academy programs, a dedicated training program designed to build technical skills: gain hands-on training in the specific tools and techniques of your trade; speed to competency—fast-track your learning so you can become a confident, contributing member of your targeted department sooner; become a well‑rounded professional by building a comprehensive "toolbelt" of skills through exposure across multiple departments, ensuring you understand how every specialty works together to create a beautiful landscape; and follow a career roadmap that transitions you from a new hire to a skilled professional with a clear understanding of our standards and safety protocols.
