Field Applications Engineer - Data Center DRAM

We are seeking a Datacenter DRAM Customer Engineer to serve as a primary technical advisor, collaborating with customers to design, qualify, and deploy memory solutions such as DRAM, HBM, SSD, and compute-focused products. Key Responsibilities Include Driving design wins and product qualificationsPartnering with sales and cross-functional teams to execute strategic plansResolving system configuration, setup, and performance issuesGuiding customers on memory architecture and system optimization for datacenter workloadsSupporting validation, deployment, and system testing activitiesUtilizing AI tools where applicable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years in design, product, test, systems, or applications engineering related to DRAM, HBM, SSD, or compute systemsExperience with server architecture, hardware design, and troubleshootingKnowledge of memory interfaces and server memory usageStrong problem-solving skills with lab tools such as oscilloscopes or logic analyzersAbility to apply AI tools Preferred Skills Include Experience with datacenter server management and logging toolsBackground in quality and reliability engineeringStrong communication skills and ability to engage with customer stakeholdersWillingness to travel for customer engagements This role offers a competitive salary range and benefits package, emphasizing personal growth, wellbeing, and professional development.
