Responsibilities

  • Work with BGs, Partners, and Customers for successful sales conversion, including pre-sales activities and assisting in formulating product specifications and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Design training materials for technical field training and assist in providing field training to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key OEM/ODM customers to engage in early design stages.
  • Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge by collaborating with the sales team, engineers, and product managers to gather accurate information on application usage, system operations, and product management.
  • Follow project statuses closely with HQs and the Factory in Asia, perform necessary tests and installation procedures, prepare detailed schedules regarding project specifications, conduct market trend research, and analyze emerging trends to recommend new application engineering products.
  • Identify risks and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required; Master of Science in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience as a Field Applications Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in IT companies.
  • Experience with Power Electronics is required.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, able to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and effective presentation skills.
  • Capacity to identify risks and raise issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Quick learner and flexible to adapt to the company's working culture and processes.
  • Experience with Data Center Hardware and Power is required.
  • 20% travel required with overnight stays.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.

Pay

USD $120,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
