About the role

The Field Administrative Assistant supports Clayco Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Mission Control and Technical Services. Duties include preparing daily and monthly reports, checking outboxes, distributing mail, document management, following up with subcontractors, arranging meetings, travel, and ordering food.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence (typing).
  • Assists with various tasks to accomplish company objectives, including filing, copying, scanning, and distributing documents.
  • Retrieves, scans, transmits, and distributes executed subcontracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Runs reports and dunning letters on projects as required.
  • Updates daily reports for Clayco and subcontractors, and follows up on missing paperwork.
  • Enters punch list items and updates information throughout the project's completion.
