Job Responsibilities
- Repair cracks, holes, and damage in fiberglass RV panels
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, and priming
- Spray primer, paint, clearcoat, and/or gelcoat
- MATCH and blend paint colors to existing finishes
- Buff, polish, and perform finish work as needed
- Seal repaired areas to ensure water-tight results
Skills
- Fiberglass repair and finishing skills
- Painting and surface prep experience
- Ability to use spray guns, sanders, grinders, and buffers
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders or platforms
- Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE
Work Environment
- RV repair shop setting
- Exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, and fumes
- Indoor and occasional outdoor work
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment
Pay: $17 and up depending on experience
