Fiberglass Machine Operator- (Day Shift)

Job Description Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipmentComplete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervisionFollow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all timesComply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality proceduresSupport team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned Responsibilities Ability to work overtime and various shifts as requiredStand and walk for up to 12 hours per shiftPerform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shiftLift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularlyPush and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferredStrong attendance, reliability, and dependabilityGood problem-solving skills and sound judgmentHigh attention to detail and quality of workAbility to learn technical repair and assembly proceduresWillingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functionsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures Veterans Welcome At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
