Fiber Internet Sales Representative

About the Role

GoNetspeed is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. This role involves door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods, helping residents upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet. You'll work independently in the field with limited office reporting.

What You'll Do

• Meet customers face to face through door-to-door outreach
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieve monthly sales goals and earn commission
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM-7 PM, 40 hours/week
• Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful but not required — full training provided
• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face-to-face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75-100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25-49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75-100%)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $35,000 + Uncapped Commission
• Typical Earnings: $70,000-$125,000+ annually
