About the Role
Business Process Management (BPM) consultants succeed in the evolving global marketplace by helping our clients realize the enduring benefits of business, process, and organizational optimization. BPM consultants work side-by-side with client teams to deliver best practices and transform operations related to business and technology. They are an integral part of full-lifecycle projects, including strategy & planning, business process optimization, technology implementation, and change management. BPM consultants build a foundation of business process knowledge and industry expertise while gaining hands-on experience with supporting technologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Participate in business process optimization across a variety of functions (e.g., Supply Chain, HCM, and Finance) and industries
- Develop business process maps
- Build and maintain lasting relationships and drive deliverables across functions such as Organizational Change Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, and Workforce Optimization
- Assist in building alignment across the organization
- Communicate new processes
- Relate and work effectively with a wide range of individuals, from technical developers to C-Level executives
- Update job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Create website layout/user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices
- Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process
- BS in Computer Science or a related field

Pay
The average base pay for senior web developers is $111,229. Those at the top of the scale make above $138,000, while those at the bottom of the scale make below $73,000.
