Fezer Dryer B Crew - Night Rotating

Pay

$21.11 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for 7 PM – 7 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Flex to other roles as needed to maintain material flow through the Drying process.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks across all mill positions, including mandatory overtime when required.
• Adhere to safety protocols: keep hands clear of unguarded nip points, report incidents immediately, and complete Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) training.
• Wear required personal protective equipment: safety glasses, hearing protection, and area-appropriate gloves.
• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs and maintain a clean work area to minimize fire hazards.
• Feed the dryer per standard work to prevent plug-ups and ensure proper veneer grading and stacking for full utilization and panel construction.
• Remove trash from loads on dryer stackers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Entry-level computer skills, including experience with Auto Grading systems.
• Ability to work from detailed instructions and make minor decisions.
• Regular handling of lightweight materials, with occasional work involving moderate-weight materials.
• Continuous mental and visual attention, typically working in short, repetitive cycles.
