Festival Staff/ Company Ambassador

About the role

We are currently seeking a Festival Staff Person/Company Spokesperson to represent our company at various community festivals. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, engaging with festival attendees, and providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company at community festivals
• Promote our brand and products to festival attendees
• Engage with visitors and answer questions about the company
• Set up and take down company booth and materials at festivals
• Keep accurate records of festival attendance and interactions
• Obtain contact information from prospective customers
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Represent the company in a respectful and responsible manner
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from festival locations
• Must be able to work a few Saturdays a month

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

$15/hour plus gas and parking stipend.

Schedule

Part-time, Saturdays and some Sundays only.
