Fertility RN Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the role

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Woodbridge, Virginia. This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 2 to 3 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year in our Fairfax office
• After being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week

Pay

$76,000 to $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records
• High level of customer service and self-starter ability
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus (training will be provided)
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Women's Health background or fertility experience a plus
