Opportunity Overview
Immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Fair Oaks, Virginia.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 2 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year in the Fairfax office
- After training and passing a chart review, one remote day per week
Pay
$76,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, case manage, and support fertility treatment for patients
- Provide patient and couple counseling
- Educate patients on procedures and injection administration
- Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
- Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Experience with electronic medical records
- High level of customer service; must be a self-starter
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
Qualifications
- IVF/fertility experience and background in women’s health a plus (training provided)
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Women’s health or fertility experience a plus
