Fertility RN Case Manager

About the role

The Fertility RN Case Manager role at Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia, provides coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. The position also involves patient/couple counseling, teaching about procedures and administering injections, scheduling treatment, and coordinating treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Provide patient/couple counseling
• Teach about procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits
• Congnorate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

Requirements

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be provided
• Valid RN license
• Experience working with electronic medical records a must
• A high level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekends and one holiday per year
