Fertility Nurse Manager

About the role

IVI RMA North America is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead and support fertility nursing teams across the Bellevue and Seattle locations. In this role, you will oversee nursing operations, mentor and develop staff, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to enhance the patient experience and support continued growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Clinic Director(s) to devise and implement a strategic plan that focuses on: the quality of patient care rendered; an improved patient experience and the best possible clinical outcomes; maximizing productivity of the nursing staff; highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement; identifying challenges/risks that require corrective action.
• Identifies, develops, and facilitates goals and objectives for the Nursing Department, as well as for individual nurses, that promote professional growth and improved performance.
• Develops, reviews and revises Nursing Workflows, Standing Orders and Clinical Practice Guidelines in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Hosts periodic REI Nurse Administrator and/or monthly Nursing Meetings. Ensures Nursing staff remains up to date on business items, clinic operations, workflows, Standards of Practice, and Clinical Practice Guidelines. Identifies knowledge gaps and coordinates with the Education/QA Team to provide continuing nursing education.
