Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team.

Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation

  • Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects (100 MW+)
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and sustainability objectives
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations professionals
  • Fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication among internal and external teams
  • Overseeing project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control
  • Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments to optimize project profitability
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, including technical, regulatory, and financial risks
  • Developing contingency plans to address potential challenges
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring adherence to environmental, safety, and compliance standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, and local communities
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental stewardship are maintained throughout the project
  • Promoting a culture of safety and compliance across all project activities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in utility-scale renewable energy projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, storage)
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
  • Familiarity with permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental impact assessments
