Job Summary

Drive quality excellence and process improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, enhance product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational and customer requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies within manufacturing environments to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Demonstrate hands-on involvement in the full product development lifecycle, including risk assessment and development of mitigation plans.
• Possess strong knowledge of technical audits and quality compliance standards relevant to the textile sector.
• Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet quality and performance goals.
• Maintain familiarity with industry regulations, customer requirements (US and EU), and best practices in textile manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external teams to align on projects.
• Prioritize, manage, and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to defined timelines.
