About the role

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to join their Fulton, MS Distribution Center. This position offers a stable career with a Fortune 500 company and is open to candidates who take pride in their craft.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate cut-to-length, finished-end pipe for customer orders and stock inventory
  • Work with various pipe materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, thermoplastic, and PVC
  • Perform precise machine setups and verify measurements to required tolerances
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
  • Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and mechanical lifting equipment safely
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
  • Use RF devices to locate, move, and stage material as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; trade/technical school or military experience preferred
  • 4–6 years machine operation experience — pipe cutting and threading preferred
  • 3–5 years forklift/MHE operation preferred
  • 2–4 years welding or pipe end finishing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and team-first attitude

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; trade/technical school or military experience preferred
