The role of Fencing Foreman involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of fencing systems. This includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and repair of various types of fencing systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage a team of fence installers and supervisors.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in fencing installation and maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of relevant training programs in fencing installation.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
