About the role
The role of Fencing Foreman involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of fencing systems. This includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and repair of various types of fencing systems.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage a team of fence installers and supervisors.
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in fencing installation and maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of relevant training programs in fencing installation.
- First aid and CPR certification.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
