Fencing Aide - Fall

About the role

The Fall Fencing Aide will assist with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams. She/He will be under the supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Varsity Coach.

Responsibilities

• coaching
• monitoring attendance and academics of students involved in the program
• assisting with tryouts
• scouting opponents for the Varsity team
• support the Program Advisor or Coach in any means necessary to help in running a successful athletic program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Previous successful playing and/or coaching experience required
• Current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• Online Concussion Education Certification
• Online Implicit Bias Education Certification
• Fulfillment of the MIAA Coaches Education Requirements
• State requirements
• Completion of CORI Form
• Fingerprinting background check

Pay

Payments are submitted to the payroll office two times per season - 1st payment in the middle of the season and the 2nd payment at the end of the season.

Schedule

Length of contract: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Contract amount: Flat Rate $1040.00.
